Sotto il cielo di Roma
The plot:
During the Second World War over 10.000 Jews were saved in churches and convents in Rome. Despite the horror of those days, two Jewish kids, David and Miriam, survived the tragedy, and found a refuge in a convent under Pope´s protection. Their love flourish here and perhaps it is the beginning of a new life. But as months are passing the Nazi repression is getting harder and also the territory of the Church is to be violated.
